Who Am I?

Hello! My name is Phoebe Tolar or the Silly Ghost. I started graphic design school in Jan. of 2023 and graduated in Jan. of 2025 from New York Institute of Art and Design.

I enjoy creating colorful and fun illustrations as well as designs. My goal is to creat designs that inspire creativity and movement. From personal projects to professional projects I believe the magic is in the process.
